Impact Fellow 義遊實習生

參與條件：

1. 18歲或以上的香港永久居民（優先考慮）
2. 就讀或畢業於大專院校
3. Fresh grad或2年以下工作經驗
4. 曾參與義地領袖學院或其他義遊活動可獲優先考慮

職位一：Marketing Intern - Programme and Event

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to promotional activities, advertising campaigns and publicity plans

  • Develop marketing materials such as social media contents, photos and videos, etc

  • Manage marketing communications and collaterals, including eDM, social medias, publications and website, etc

  • Liaise with business partners and medias to explore new promotion channels and joint promotion opportunities

  • Facilitate the communication and promote co-creation culture among the community

  • Support development of event programmes, and assists in the planning and execution of the project plans.

  • Prepare and coordinate delivery of event outcomes that align with project plans

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.

  • Basic skill on Canvas or Figma or Adobe Illustrator and basic knowledge of digital marketing trends.

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills, proactiveness, and attention to detail.

  • Skilled in social media engagement and audience growth.

Requirements

職位二：Marketing Intern - Digital Marketing

Responsibilities 

  • Implement strategies to increase Instagram followers through engaging content and.

  • Expand email marketing outreach by growing our subscriber list and executing regular and targeted email campaigns.

  • Enhance organic search rankings through SEO-optimized blog content creation.

  • Drive B2C product sales by assisting in the creation of promotional campaigns and ads.

  • Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese; graphic design skills preferred (e.g. Figma, Canva).

  • Ability to assist in promotional strategies to boost sales.

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills, proactiveness, and attention to detail.

  • Skilled in social media engagement and audience growth, experience with email campaign and understanding of basic SEO principles for content creation will be in advantage.

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to promotional activities, advertising campaigns and publicity plans

  • Develop marketing materials in video/podcast format and manage marketing communications and collaterals,.

  • Liaise with business partners and medias to explore new promotion channels and joint promotion opportunities

  • Facilitate the communication and promote co-creation culture among the community

  • Basic skills required in tools such as Premiere Pro, Canvas, Figma, or Adobe Illustrator.-

Requirements

  • Please send a relevant portfolio ( if any ) upon application

  • Basic knowledge of Video Production, especially in short video production

  • Proficient in Premiere Pro / Davinci or any related video editing tools.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience as a host or presenter, with no hesitation in facing the camera, is preferred

  • Previous experience in operating a YouTube channel is preferred

職位四：Project Intern-Project Coordinator (Volunteer Project)

Responsibilities 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the team in planning and executing local community services from start to completion, involving deadlines, milestones, and processes.

  • Occasionally provide support for physical events and large-scale campaigns that engage with participants from diverse backgrounds.

  • Assist the data entry for the micro-volunteering platform.

  • Facilitate the communication and promote co-creation culture among the community

  • Assist the team in building and maintaining a close and supportive community .

  • Support the team in handling other ad hoc projects as assigned.

  • Weekends assistant may be needed. (Depends on the campaigns)

Requirements

  • A major preferably in Social Science, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • People-oriented, detail-minded, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in community engagement and volunteer projects is a plus.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.

職位五：Project Intern-Project Coordinator (Youth Project)

Responsibilities 

Responsibilities 

  • Support the coordination and communication for overseas and local youth-focused projects.

  • Assist in developing project proposals and materials.

  • Conduct research and analyze data on market trends.

  • Collaborate with the team on ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Pursuing or holding a Bachelor/Tertiary degree, preferably in Social Science, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in youth-related projects/programme management is advantageous.
