招募崗位簡介

崗位 (1) Project Director

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, manage, implement and oversee project related to promoting micro-volunteering from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes
  • Develop network and proposals to solicit collaborations and sponsorship; build strong network and maintain good partnership and relationship with internal and external stakeholders, such as local tertiary institutions, NGOs, schools, corporate partners, government representatives, funders and service providers to implement and advance the programme

  • Coordinate the internal team to steer the direction, monitor the progress, budget spending and evaluation of the programme to ensure the programme is on track and achieve its objectives
  • Develop, plan and oversee various events and activities of the programme
  • Develop promotional and marketing strategies and manage communications with the media
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Executive Director, governing and management bodies.
Requirements:
  • A university degree or equivalent, post-graduate qualification will be a plus
  • At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, preferably with exposure to NGOs and / or social service settings
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and multimedia tools and applications
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Strong personal drive with innovative mindset, creativity and a strong sense of ownership
  • A career interest in charity projects, especially those related to youth and education
  • Solid experience in dealing with government, NGOs, schools and professional bodies and large project or event management would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively for teamwork
  • Knowledge and experience in fundraising and funding management is an advantage
  • Experience in developing online platforms is an advantage

崗位 (2) Project Officer (Marketing & Public Relation)

Responsibilities:
• Provide support and assistance to the Project Director to prepare and implement the project by developing promotion plans and collaborating with project partners
• Draft and prepare publicity, public relations, marketing and communication material to promote the project and recruit participants
• Plan and execute various events and activities of the project
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing and promotional campaigns, including social media, SEM, content marketing etc.
• Maintain the daily operation of the online platform
• Assist in other assignments as required

Requirements:
• Tertiary degree holder in Marketing or Social Science is preferred
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Literacy in MS Windows, Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Literacy in Photoshop / video editing / design software/ different IT software will be a plus
• Strong and confident communicator
• Good copywriting skills and experience
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

崗位 (3)  Project Officer 

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute youth development projects with school and organization partners from start to complete
  • Deliver high-quality project deliverables, including (but not limited to) proposals, workflow planning, events, and reports etc.
  • Maintain good partnership and relationships with external partners, participants, service providers and related stakeholders
  • Research and design new product/ programme
  • Assist Programme Manager to execute various partnership projects and ensure the project is on track and achieve its objectives
  • Build and maintain a close and supportive community of change-seekers and change-makers to cultivate impactful actions
  • Act as a role model, embracing and living VolTra’s purpose and values, and recognising others for the action they take
  • Assist the team to work on other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (preferably in Social Science, Management, Humanities, Communications, or a related discipline)
  • Preferably has at least 2-3 years experience in Project Management, Partnership Engagement or Youth-related Programme, Fresh graduates are also welcome 
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, Excellent command on Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese Be a flexible,  presentable, innovative, and proactive team player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to motivate others with enthusiasm, drive and effectiveness
