Company Description

VolTra (義遊) is a non-governmental voluntary organization and a registered charitable institution dedicated to promote international voluntary services in Hong Kong through a well-established worldwide network of international workcamp organizations. We are now looking for passionate and suitable candidate for the following full time position:

Assistant CRM Manager / Senior CRM Executive

Duties
1. Process workcamp applications and handle related customer query
2. Maximise exposures and partnership opportunities with potential partners and tertiary institutions
3. Re-engineer and automate application process
4. Analyse consumer data gathered from existing databases
5. Enhance user experience of VolTra’s workcamp application process

Requirement of the role
1. Degree educated in business or related disciplines
2. 3 years experience in CRM / membership management, workcamp / NGO experience preferred
3. Customer focused, detail-minded and able to work independently
4. Good written and communication skill in both English and Chinese
5. Proficient with MS Office applications, experience with CRM / BI tools is a plus
6. Proactive personality with sales related experience is a plus
