職位簡介及要求：

Positon: Project Officer (Full-time)

Responsibilities

  • Process applications for overseas voluntary projects
  • Manage and maintain application and customer databases
  • Provide timely support and establish close relationship with applicants
  • Work closely with Hong Kong and overseas partner organizations for international voluntary service development
  • Handle customer enquiries via social media, phone, and email
  • Perform as the cultural facilitator and tour escort in overseas projects occasionally
  • Assist the team to work on other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree holder, preferably in Social Science, Business, Communications or a related discipline
  • People-oriented, detail-minded and proactive team player
  • Good analytical and data processing skills
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Solo-traveller with intercultural or international volunteering experiences is a plus
  • Holder of Tour Escort Pass is an advantage
